Who manufactures your products?

We manufacture 90% of our product range in-house at our UK manufacturing sites, all of which are accredited to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), BRC (British Retail Consortium) and IFS (International Featured Standard).

A small selection of our product lines is manufactured by industry-leading, audited and trusted partners. Our key products are independently tested and quality-controlled, which allows us to guarantee quality and consistency.

What ingredients do you use in your products?

We keep it simple and effective – only EFSA-compliant, premium-grade ingredients, including essential vitamins and minerals and carefully selected, best-in-class flavours. No nonsense, just proven ingredients that work for you.

How many calories are in your supplements?

We keep calorie count low to support a range of routines and diets without complicating your daily intake calculations. The exact calorie counts vary by product – see the nutritional information on the package for details – but, for example, our XO Fitness Hydration Sachets are only 18 kcal per serving.

Are you still developing new products?

Yes, we’re constantly working to improve our current range and identify new product lines that will benefit our customers. Whether that’s new flavours or new formats for the products you love, we are always innovating. Who is behind the XO fitness brand?

XO Fitness Nutritional range is run by a Northern-based founder-led management team with over 20 years of industry experience in vitamins, minerals, and supplements. Owning our own sites, we are supported by an experienced non-executive team, which enables us to bring you quality supplements at affordable prices.

What does “Not Your Average” mean?

“Not Your Average” is our company mantra – which is why you’ll see it on every product package and across our website and socials. It’s a reminder to us to always go the extra mile – whether that’s in the quality of our manufacturing, our product design, our customer service, or our deals and offers.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. If you’re unsure about shipping to a specific destination or want estimated delivery times to a particular country, please get in touch via our contact page, and we’ll be happy to help.

How long will it take to receive my order?

UK shipping usually takes 2-3 days. Shipping outside the UK varies by destination, but is usually 5-10 days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has shipped, including tracking links (where available), so you can stay up to date on the progress of your delivery.

An item is missing or incorrect - what should I do?

If you received an incorrect item or an item you ordered is missing or damaged on delivery, please reach out to our support team via the contact form on our website, and we’ll arrange for a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned unopened within 30 days of receiving your order, in the same condition and packaging as when received. If you wish to return a product, please get in touch via our contact form for details of the correct return address for your location.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will process a refund within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Depending on your payment method or provider, it may take additional days for funds to clear to your account.
