If your order arrives damaged

While this is uncommon, issues can occasionally occur during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it with your order number and a short description of the issue (photos or video are helpful).

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to return the damaged item.

If you’re trying XO Fitness for the first time and the product isn’t what you expected, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Simply get in touch within 30 days of delivery, provide your order number, and let us know the reason for the request. If eligible, we’ll organise a refund for your first purchase.
